Why would we want to do this ?
Because we have, on so many occasions, had to do extra treatments and work to correct problems caused by the homeowners' own attempts to remove stains or do their own cleaning with rental machines/Bissell(TM) type machines etc. It would be much better if the homeowner knew how to do these things right in the first place.
Of course, we have to charge more for these extra treatments and work and they are not always successful at correcting the problems.
The rental machines and Bissell(TM) type units are perfectly good products when used properly, however, they are very often not used properly. The instructions provided with these units are not always detailed enough or even written by qualified cleaning professionals.
